Serve as an HSSEQ Coordinator supporting Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality programs throughout the organization. Assist with maintaining compliance records, training documentation, inspection reports, incident files, and corrective action tracking. Support safety audits, workplace observations, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting requirements. Maintain employee training records, certifications, sign-in sheets, and refresher training schedules. Prepare toolbox talks, safety communications, meeting materials, and bulletin board updates.

Maintain accurate HSSEQ documentation systems and ensure records are completed, filed, and retained in accordance with company procedures. Assist with PPE inventory, ordering, distribution, and tracking. Support equipment inspections, housekeeping audits, 5S activities, and checklist compliance. Track action items resulting from audits, inspections, incidents, and safety observations.

Provide training and hands-on support for applicable equipment and work processes, including operator evaluations and refresher training. Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and assist with company-sponsored events and communications. Professionally interact with employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.

Work primarily in an office environment with routine visits to warehouse and operational areas.
