Job description:

• Computes, calculates, and posts statistical, numerical, and financial data to customer accounts.
• Solid interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers, performing data entry, and assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Filing, Scanning, Mailing, Matching, and other standard clerical duties.
• Knowledge of basic 10-key operation.
• Supporting with payroll processing and monthly reports.

Warehouse Coordinator needed in NW Houston!

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Coordinator focuses on keeping steady flow of work to the warehouse for picking and shipping on time to the customer. The responsibilities include maintaining the correct volume of workload to the warehouse locations and working with the warehouse manager to make necessary changes to meet the daily needs. The coordinator role is responsible for tracking the progress of shipments and confirming the proper transactions are completed daily to ensure timely billing.

Job Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In the role of a Warehouse Coordinator, you will:

1) Create pick tickets (TOs) for outbound deliveries, match up the deliveries with tickets and take to warehouse – highlight important notes and mark the dates required to complete by.

2) Arrange trucking requests and calling couriers that require setting up a collection or hot shots between locations or from other storage locations.

3) Collect and Post deliveries that are completed throughout the day from the shipping stations (dock or small parcel)

4) Scan Proof of Delivery to the delivery in SAP once posted

5) Stock Checks (if someone needs a quantity verified on the shelf)

6) Freight charge requests if not already included in the delivery

• Safety is the First duty and responsibility for all agents that work in the warehouse.
• Maintain a level of appearance of the warehouse.
• All employees must be flexible on operational needs/ weekends and Holidays can be a requirement as needed 8am-5pm.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment in the process of moving freight/ cargo.
• Operate sit-down, reach/ stand up and counterbalance, EPJ lifts daily. 
• Check for and verify all documentation while completing required processes accurately and efficiently.
• Response for updating and entering event codes when necessary.
• Able to use a RF handheld scanner.
• On/off load Freight/ Cargo off containers Ability to lift- up to 50lbs and bend consistently
• Ability to use weight scale - to judge distances and heights.
• Able to work in a non-climate warehouse.
• Able to work inside and outside in the yard area during weather changes.
• Good eye-hand-foot balance.
• Strong eye for detail
• Brings a can-do spirit to the team.
