Position Summary
The EPJ/Auditor is responsible for reviewing employee performance and verifying work accuracy within a cold-storage warehouse environment (30°F to –10°F). This role conducts regular audits, ensures compliance with operational standards, and supports leadership with performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit employee tasks and performance entries in EPJs for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform quality checks on work completed in refrigerated and frozen areas.
- Document findings, track trends, and share results with supervisors.
- Maintain consistent, fair evaluation standards.
- Support process improvements and help identify training needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in auditing, quality assurance, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in cold environments (30°F to –10°F).
- Good communication, organization, and data-review skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Warehouse Clerk — Cold Storage Position Summary: The Warehouse Clerk supports daily warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled environment by managing documentation, tracking inventory, and coordinating order processing to ensure accurate product flow and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading and inventory records Enter and maintain data in warehouse management systems (WMS) Verify quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Prepare labels, pick lists, and shipping documentation Communicate with supervisors and equipment operators regarding order status or discrepancies Report damaged goods, shortages, or delays Maintain organized digital and physical records Follow all safety and quality procedures in refrigerated/freezer areas Working Conditions: Regular exposure to cold or freezing temperatures Use of PPE such as thermal gear and safety footwear Standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Fast-paced warehouse environment with moving equipment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Warehouse, logistics, or clerical experience preferred Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in cold environments Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications for Yard Mule:
• Must have CURRENT yard mule driving experience and minimum of 2 year.
• Safely moving trailers from the yard into the correct doors using a mule truck.
• Safely operate the yard mule in forward and reverse, to and from loading docks, connect and disconnect airlines, and stabilize loading units
• Maintain radio and/or system contact with Flow & Traffic co-workers to receive or confirm loading unit movements
• Properly detect, correct, and report any loading unit damages
• Performs other duties as assigned
