We are looking for a motivated, self starter, team player! 

Schedule & Compensation: 

• Monday - Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, $19.00/hour (OT required, before shift start)

Job Functions: 

• Leads and assign job responsibilities to all department personnel
• Leads will Monitor productivity tasks and keep a steady work flow within the department 
• Coordinate and facilitate the on-boarding efforts of new hires/operators and new material.
• Previous experience communicating information with confidence and keeping coworkers on track 
• Conduct final evaluations to ensure all operators can safely operate on their own.
• Adhering to applicable safety standards, and ensuring that correct, quality orders are being sent to customers free of damage.

Job Requirements:

Required Experience: 

• Previous experience with Order Picker and Stand-Up Reach Truck forklift REQUIRED.

Skills/Competencies:

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to stand for an entire 8-12 hour shift.
• Ability to consistently lift 30-50lbs in a non-climate controlled environment
• Able to work mandatory overtime, up to 12 hours per day

Position: Lumper / Truck Loader (Richmond, IN 47374)

Schedule & Compensation: 

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, $16.00 / hour

Job Summary: Direct movement of materials and supplies for order completion and inventory control in assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/Unload and break down freight onto good wood pallets, at a pace that meets or exceeds productivity goals and standards.
• Sort and organize freight by PO# and SKU
• May be required to break down freight to Ti-Hi form.
• May include sorting, repacking and labeling, and other duties
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Maintain proper safety procedures and operations

Job Requirements:

Preferred Work Experience: Previous warehouse experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50-100lbs.
• Must possess strong organizational or planning skills.
• Ability to judge distances, and detect moving and stationary objects when transporting items in order to adhere with safety requirements.
• Recognize product types and safety/warning material (some small in size).
• Identify color coded safety & warning areas/notices  in order to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work in an environment that includes:  seasonal heat & humidity; exposure to safety areas with moving equipment; dust/dirt; noise; vibrations from equipment; lighting differences; and occasional fumes.
