Prologistix in Kinston is currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Control Coordinator for great Goldsboro company

The Quality Control/Item Spec Coordinator is an integral member of the Supply Chain team, providing analytical insights, facilitating data-driven decision making, and supporting a wide variety of cross-functional initiatives to improve the performance, growth, and financial position of the Company. The Quality Control/Item Spec Coordinator will also represent the company externally through interactions with its international supply chain.

This position will manage the rework process from inspection to resolution/disposition;  Duties include:

• Entering Data,
• inspect shipments,
• conduct audits,
• negotiates with suppliers,
• prepares and analyze quality control report
• monitor quality related KPI's

Pay is depending on experience.

Job Requirements:

This position requires an associate to be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, possess excellent communication skills, and work well as a team player.

3 years in purchasing, sourcing or quality control

Knowledge of quality controls and testing methodologies

Import/export regulations and compliance is a plus

Clear communication skills, written and verbal communication

Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Excel, Access, Oracle Netsuite ERP and Office365
