Loaders/Unloaders (Lumpers) – $17/Hour

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays required

Position: Loader/Unloader (Lumper)

We are hiring dependable, hardworking Loaders/Unloaders for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires consistent heavy lifting throughout the shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
• Lift, carry, stack, and move heavy products throughout the shift
• Sort and organize freight in designated areas
• Maintain a steady pace to meet productivity expectations
• Follow warehouse and safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work effectively as part of a team

Job Requirements

• Must be comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and some Saturdays as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or general labor experience is a plus
