Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately unload, sort, label, and store inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure shipping documents, bills of lading, and receiving paperwork are completed accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping carriers and logistics processes

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Lumpers to assist with unloading freight from trailers and containers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of handling repetitive lifting, working safely, and maintaining productivity standards while supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trailers, containers, and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Sort, stack, palletize, and stage products according to customer requirements.
• Verify product counts and report shortages or damages.
• Wrap pallets and prepare shipments for storage or distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse associates, forklift operators, and supervisors.
• Meet productivity and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, unloading, or material handling experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.

Job Requirements:

Forklift or Turret Operators Monday-Friday 2nd shift 11am to 7:30pm overtime when needed. Location-Wilmington, NC Pay Rate: $19.50-$20.00 Operators in the Wilmington area for a cold storage distribution center. Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading freight accurately, inventory control, rotation and inspection and other warehouse related duties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight to customers Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and container Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of dock Communicate work area needs to Warehouse Supervisor Maintain quality standards for warehouse storage and service Maintain and ensure a safe working environment
