ProLogistix is looking for a Furniture Repair Tech  to join our team! Must have experience. 

• Work safely and contribute to a professional environment
• Ensure 100% inspection of upholstery and furniture following furniture medic inspection process
• Perform repairs to ensure 100% quality assurance for next day home deliveries
• Perform repairs at the Shop as needed.
• Organization and housekeeping of the Shop daily
• Assembly/deluxe furniture and stage prior to delivery when needed.
• Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed in identifying errors and imperfections

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in Furniture Assembly
• Previous experience with painting, wood assembly, wood repair, and/or similar craftsmanship
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and fast learner.
• Availability to work full-time schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing additional duties as necessary.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more continuously

Machine Shop Assembler
1st Shift

ProLogistix is looking for Machine Shop Assembler to join our team! Must have experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up Machine (calibration, tooling changes, cleaning etc.) to start production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed)
• Feed raw material into the machine.
• Inspect parts with measuring tools.
• Keep Records of materials requisitions, jobs time etc.
• Meet accuracy standards with attention to detail.
• Consistently meet productivity standards
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Work in a team environment.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Follow warehouse policies and procedures.

• Manual lathe and mill experience is required.
• MIG welding experience is highly desirable.
• Mechanical aptitude is a must.
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tool (tape measure, caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures.
• Ability to read production instructions, engineering drawings and manuals.
• Analytical Skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift.

Welder/Fabricator  1st shift Position

ProLogistix is looking for a Welder/Fabricator  to join our team! Must have experience.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform welding duties using a wire fed welder.  .035 Hard Wire

• Weld steel components with welding equipment as specified by layouts, engineering drawings, work

orders, or verbal instructions.

• Work includes set-up, laying out work using jigs/fixtures or hand layouts to fabricate parts and/or

rework finished products.

• Work with fitters or fitters/welders to assist in the fabrication or welding of multi-component parts.

• Operate forklifts, hoists, hand power tools, slings, grinders, cutting torch, and other hand tools related

to the job’s needs.

• Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet product specifications.

• Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings, and/or work orders.

• Perform a variety of complicated tasks, as required.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years previous experience in  MIG welding (GMAW ) is Required 

•  Able to operate forklifts is Required.

• Able to weld in all methods, positions, and in small spaces

• Reads and interprets blueprints and product drawings

• High Mechanical Aptitude, basic math skills and work with a tape measure.

• Able to lift 25-50 pounds frequently

• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

• Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop for 8+ hour shifts

• Utilizes a variety of hand tools, saws and cutting equipment.

• Experience with fabrication shop equipment including press break, shear, iron-worker, power tools, grinders, plasma cutting torches etc.
