Key Responsibilities
- Sort, separate, and process recyclable materials according to company guidelines
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using manual handling techniques and equipment as assigned
- Load, unload, and stage materials for production and shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Inspect materials and identify items for recycling, reuse, or disposal
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, material handling, recycling, or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings as required

What You'll Do
- Open, unpack, and organize chassis and components for server assembly
- Assemble computer hardware and server components on a progressive production line
- Utilize small hand tools to install screws, brackets, labels, and other components
- Assemble handles, install switches, and apply required product labels
- Identify and label cables according to rack specifications using a cable labeling machine
- Package completed server racks and finished products for shipment
- Assist with material recycling and maintaining a clean work area as needed
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For

- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working on ladders when necessary
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
