Key Responsibilities
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Assemble server racks and equipment to prepare for technical operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Create and maintain traveler documentation for devices.
- Record test results using software applications and hard-copy documentation.
- Utilize tools such as White Canyon, Blanco, or iAuditor (preferred).
- Re-box, kit, and prepare devices for storage or shipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure customer quality standards are met.
- Work independently with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Prioritize tasks and make decisions to meet shipping and production deadlines.
- Use SAP/ERP systems for inventory transactions, inputs, and outputs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support other departments during downtime through cross-training opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Position Summary
The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging technology products while maintaining quality and production standards. Depending on experience and skill level, Operators I, II, and III will perform increasingly complex assembly tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and production standards.
- Operate assembly equipment, hand tools, and testing devices safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Accurately complete production documentation and reporting requirements.
- Identify and report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support production goals and meet daily output targets.
- Assist with training and mentoring team members as experience level increases.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization efforts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work morning or swing shifts.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
