Seeking Versatile Forklift Operators for Immediate Openings in Flower Mound, Coppell, Irving and Dallas that can efficiently operate one of the following lifts:

• Stand Up Reach (Mostly Crown)
• Clamps
• Order Pickers or Cherry Pickers

Hourly Pay and Available Shifts:

• Starting $18.50 to $20 an hour 
• 1st Shift Days and 2nd Shift Afternoon to Evening
• Most are Mon to Fri, Some Wed to Sun

Forklift Operators responsible for these warehouse functions in a Non-Climate controlled and fast pace warehouse environment:

• Shipping out and loading complete orders
• Labeling, auditing and staging outbound orders
• Receiving and stocking put aways
• Picking full pallets and piece picks
• Palletize and hand stack product 
• Meet or exceed picks per hour targets with low error rates

Job Requirements:

Forklift Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of recent Forklift experience on Reach, Clamp or Cherry Pickers forklifts
• Efficient using handheld RF scanners with WMS
• Ability to read and follow pick tickets
• Working knowledge of Inbound and Outbound processes
• High Pick Accuracy rates with low or no error rates
• Flexible to breakdown and sort freight
• Provide Safety work boots or shoes

• 12+ months recent experience on Crown Stand Up Reach Forklift and Cherry / Order Picker
• Operate at heights up to 30 feet in the air
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
• Basic computer skills including keyboard functions and navigating various system screens
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Attention to details
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse
• Familiarity with double-deep racking locations

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Prior inventory experience including cycle counting, fixing discrepancies, and detailed tracking required
• Microsoft Excel experience required
• High school diploma or GED a HUGE plus.
