Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our overnight warehouse team. This role requires experience operating powered industrial trucks within a production environment and a strong attention to detail when handling labeling and scanning tasks. If you have experience with handheld scanners and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move, stack, or transport product and materials

• Accurately label items and scan inventory using a handheld scanner

• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely

• Perform inbound receiving processes

• Follow the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Exhibit a strong commitment to process excellence and quality standards

• Understand and follow established supply chain procedures and quality policies

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of reach truck experience

• Certification and training in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks

• Experience using handheld scanners and labeling systems

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs., and occasionally more than 75 lbs.

• Comfortable with repetitive motion: bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

• Manual dexterity for handling tools, scanners, and equipment

• Willingness to work in temperature-variable environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

• Strong communication skills with both peers and leadership

• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team at an ITAR-compliant facility. This position supports daily warehouse operations including order processing, inventory accuracy, and domestic/international shipping coordination.

What You’ll Do:

• Process incoming and outgoing orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Perform accurate data entry for transactions and inventory

• Research and correct transaction errors in a timely manner

• Prepare shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment

• Ability to read, write, and speak English, including interpreting fine print

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift objects of various sizes and weights

• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling
