We are looking for dependable, hardworking Forklift Operators to join our team in Brownstown. This is a physically demanding role ideal for candidates who are motivated, reliable, and ready to work long shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight manually

• Move, stack, and organize product throughout the facility

• Use pallet jacks or other equipment as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Complete tasks until daily freight is fully processed

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 50–75 lbs regularly)

• Ability to work long shifts and stay until the job is completed

• Must have steel-toe shoes

• Previous freight, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance are required

Reach Truck Operator – Night Shift
Location: Wyandotte, MI
Pay: $19.50/hour
Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Days: Sunday-Thursday

Training will take place on day shift for up to 2 weeks and will focus on job duties and site-specific processes only. Prior reach truck / PIT experience is required before hire.

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse and production operations on the weekend night shift. This role requires prior powered industrial truck experience, accuracy with labeling and handheld scanners, and strong attendance.

What You’ll Do:
Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move, stack, pull, and transport materials
Accurately label product and use handheld scanners with a high degree of accuracy
Load and unload trailers as needed
Perform inbound receiving processes
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to the 7S program
Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and supply chain quality standards

Job Requirements:

Required:
Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
Prior reach truck / powered industrial truck experience required
Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
Labeling and handheld scanner experience required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed
Strong attendance and reliability

Preferred:
Forklift experience within a production or manufacturing environment
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and peers
High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 75 lbs. occasionally
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Use hands and fingers to handle tools or equipment
Work in hot and/or cold warehouse environments

Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Rotating Schedule:
Week 1: Monday / Thursday / Friday
Week 2: Tuesday / Wednesday / Saturday / Sunday
Schedule repeats every two weeks
