Full time, contract to hire position!

Machine operators perform all duties related to the production and handling of deposited film. 

• Operating sputtering equipment, loading and unloading rolls, maintaining a clean working environment, monitoring sputtering chamber data, assist in quality control measures, and other routine tasks related to production.
• Machine operators will receive specialized training related to the sputtering process and must learn operating procedures. 
• Opportunity to increase pay as yo learn to operate other machines

• Minimum 3 months recent production or machine operator experience 
• Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
• Able to move boxes, totes and products and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to speak English as safety training and orientation is in English

• Follow procedures and packing processes when shipping the order 
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure packing and shipping is accurate
• Consistently meet productivity standards

• 6 months recent experience working in a distribution center or warehouse a plus
• Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
• Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers a plus
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions in English 
• Able to count accurately
