Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Process and audit outbound shipping documents in SAP. Updating customer orders, printing pick tickets and ensuring all information is accurate
• Monitoring appointment times, completing appropriate paperwork for cancellations and scheduling appointments for incoming product deliveries with carriers
• Complete receiving transactions in SAP for incoming product and raw materials. Including updating purchase orders in SAP to ensure product is receipted correctly
• Enter requisitions and issue purchase orders for warehouse and shipping supplies
• Work closely with Inventory Manager on any inventory related issues and make copies of daily receiving of any raw materials that are shipped, to help ensure inventory accuracy
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email, ensuring customer needs are met
• Support and perform admin tasks as assigned by Logistics Manager or Logistics Supervisor
