Order Retrieval: Reading incoming pick tickets, digital invoices, or using voice-picking headsets to identify requested product types, sizes, and quantities.
Inventory Picking: Pulling inventory physically from warehouse shelves, racks, or cold-storage areas using RF barcode scanners to update computerized stock tallies.
Pallet Building: Layering and stacking pulled merchandise safely onto pallets to maximize space and prevent product crushing or damage during transit.
Shipment Preparation: Shrink-wrapping, labeling, and tagging built pallets securely before transporting them directly to the loading dock staging areas.
Equipment Operation: Safely navigating aisles using electric pallet jacks, order pickers, or forklifts while strictly following daily pre-trip maintenance checklists.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Checking retrieved products for visible packaging damage, ensuring exact order accuracy, and keeping your assigned work zone clean and hazard-free

- Operate heavy machinery including reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by preparing orders for dispatch and verifying incoming stock against purchase orders.
- Conduct quality control checks during picking and packing to ensure product integrity and order accuracy.
