Prologistix is hiring a Warehouse Admin in Ellenwood, GA.

Shift is Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and overtime as needed to include Saturday 

Pay is $20/hr. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to be proactive and get things done with minimal supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Detail oriented and a strong team player. Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Respond to all customer requests regarding order status.
• Assist with the tracking of customer daily deliveries.
• Assist with standard clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, etc.
• Retrieve information as requested from records, email, and other related documents prepare written summaries of data when needed.
• Preparing spreadsheets and running reports Keeping track of projects and emails and communicating to the floor about changes in priorities.
• Must be able to get along with others and be approachable and helpful.
• Other duties as assigned.
