Weekend Reach Truck Operator

Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21.50/hour

Location: McDonough, GA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of company GDPs (Good Distribution Practices)
• Safely and efficiently operate reach truck and stand-up forklift equipment
• Count all products and inspect for damage, infestation, and proper product identifiers (part numbers, batch/lot numbers, etc.)
• Report shortages, overages, and damages on appropriate documentation
• Apply appropriate labels to products
• Efficiently stack and store products to prevent damage
• Assist with physical inventory counts
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area while following company housekeeping policies and procedures
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines
• Be fully responsible for and compliant with Food Safety requirements

Qualifications

• One year of reach truck experience preferred
• Ability to pass equipment certification or skills evaluation
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable attendance, especially for weekend shifts

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
• Fast-paced, physically active role

Location: Locust Grove, GA

Pay: Starting at $21/hour

Available Shifts

• A Shift: Sunday – Tuesday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• B Shift: Wednesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• C Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• D Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Equipment Required

Candidates must be able to operate:

• Reach Truck (Crown)
• Electric Pallet Jack
• Stand-Up Forklift
• Cherry Picker / Order Picker

What You’ll Do

• Operate powered industrial trucks and order pickers to move product and materials
• Use handheld scanners with a high level of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Follow 7S standards and maintain a clean workspace
• Support process excellence and quality standards
• Perform inbound receiving tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Certified and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks
• Flexible schedule availability, including overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75+ lbs occasionally
• Perform bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments

Prologistix is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician III

Shift is Friday - Sunday 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Pay is 27.50/hr.
