Prologistix is looking for an experienced Help Desk IT Tech

Work location is in McDonough, GA. 

Shift is Tuesday - Friday 11 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. & Saturday 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., occasional after hours support

Pay is $26/hr.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing Level 2 support to our client base (Corp/Distribution Center) using our ticketing system (Zendesk)
• Helping to identify and proactively solve problems
• Ensuring all pending support tickets are addressed or escalated as necessary
• User account management functions such as password resets, and accessing account login problems
• Hardware Support - Investigate hardware-related issues, such as malfunctioning keyboards, mice, monitors, or printers
• Support various meetings/company events with audio- visual needs, including set up and in-meeting support
• Manage and maintain computer hardware inventory at assigned location
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues or implement IT projects
• Document all support activities, including issue descriptions, resolutions, and any equipment changes
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, both wired and wireless
• Maintaining inventory for handheld devices such as Windows CE or Android RF scanners
• Familiarity using a purchasing system such as SAP
• Excellent task and time-management skills
• Very strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development
• Other duties as assigned

Strong working knowledge of client technologies, such as:

• Windows 10, Mac OSX
• Mobile Device iOS and Management
• Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams
• LAN/Wireless LAN and various communication technologies
• Active Directory Provide Executive Level support when needed (Windows/Mac)

Prologistix has openings for Electric Pallet Jack Operators in Jonesboro, GA.

1st & 2nd Shifts Available 

Pay is $15/hr.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Pull and pack product
• Monitor product quality
• Labeling
• Lifting
• Stacking
• Moving product throughout the warehouse
• Housekeeping
• Loading/Unloading

Job Requirements:

• Able to stand on feet for 8-10hr shifts
• Perfect attendance
• 1 year electric pallet jack experience
• Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment 

Prologistix has Stand Up forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, and Material Handler positions available in Locust Grove, GA.

Shifts available are:

Key 1: Monday - Thursday 4 p.m. - 2:30 a.m., overtime as needed to include extra days

Key 3: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 6 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., overtime as needed to include extra days

Pay is $17/hr. for all positions 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Fast paced loading and unloading trailers in Gap Fill or Conveyable.
• May use a step ladder to build items into trailer.
• Will need to be flexible depending on department needs of day.
• You will be expected to do some housekeeping duties as well.
• Other tasks related to one’s position may be assigned by the supervisor/manager and are required to be performed as part of one’s job, even if not included in the job description.

Dress Code:

• Orange PLX Vest - we will provide 
• Jeans no holes or rips
• Plain Shirt or Sweater (Absolutely no athletic wear or logos on clothing bigger than size of palm)
