Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy within warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
- Analyze inventory data and identify trends, shortages, overages, and root causes of variances.
- Generate and maintain inventory reports for management review.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure inventory integrity.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and policies.
- Assist with inventory-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Support shipping, receiving, and material handling activities as needed.

Shift is Thursday - Saturday 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., and overtime as needed
Pay is $17/hr.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supplying production lines with raw materials such as yarn, fibers, rolls, or other components.
- Transporting finished products and work-in-process materials between departments.
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks, storage areas, or production equipment.
- Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or clamp trucks (if certified).
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring production teams have the materials needed to avoid downtime.
- Scanning and documenting materials using warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
- Inspecting materials for damage, quality issues, and correct labeling.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
