Prologistix is hiring a Working Lead in Locust Grove, GA.

Shift is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.

Pay is $20/hr.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Confirm hours and that all associates clocked in are signed in for verification.
• Meet new associates on their first day, show them around and take them to their assigned function based on partnership with leader for assignment. Knowledge of schedule to include breaks/lunches.
• Equipment Certified Daily Safety Observations Trained on Reading Daily Reports to share productivity.
• Track individual performance, and daily detail production.
• Panel Representation - Speak on performance and action plans.
• Holding employees accountable; safety, accuracy, productivity, and behaviors.
• Weekly follow up on hours of service.
• Perform working duties to ensure all work is completed in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring housekeeping is being kept up with.
• Other duties as assigned.

Shift is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6 a.m - 6:30 p.m.

Pay is $17/hr.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack
• Picking orders
• Doing Put-Aways
• Loading pallets into trailers
• Unloading pallets from trailers
• Assisting in manually loading trailers
• Housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Able to stand on feet for  8-10 hr shifts
• Perfect attendance and reliable transportation is a MUST!!!!!!
• 6 months to 1 year electric pallet jack experience is required
• Ability to work in a team environment
