The Customer Service Representative/WavePlanner is crucial role in conducting all GXP & Pharma Regulatory aspects of Operations within our client's assigned business project portfolio and our internal Pharma & Healthcare policies and procedures. We are looking for a front-runner with experience in Pharma Care. The normal operating hours are M-F (see above hours). This may involve working some weekends periodically.

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role

• 1-2 years of experience with cycle counting and inventory control processing preferred.

• Establish priorities, multi-task and detail oriented. Strong communication skills both written & verbal.

• Strong motivational, problem solving and analytical skills required.

• Possess professional business demeanor. PC literate, Microsoft suites and/or WMS. Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Charts/Graphs, Data Validations.

• Must be able to drive forklift equipment (Order picker) WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

• Will spend significant time on the production floor, with frequent communication between local employees/mgmt. and key customer contacts.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on an as needed basis

Work as part of a team, having responsibility for warehouse operations.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Entry level - 2 years Reach Truck and Order Picker experience required.

Skills and Competencies: Team player and detail oriented. Responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipments.

Knowledge of and ability to use digital warehouse devices used for inventory management (shipping, receiving, cycle-counts, organization). Forklift certification required.

Safety Toe footwear required.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support within the Warehouse department (ex. Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Management etc.).

Transport/staging of product. Maintain work and product store areas. Other duties as assigned.

MUST HAVE 3 years RECENT DISPATCHER EXPERIENCE

Shift: Mon-Fri (plus some weekends) 8am-4:30pm + OT

Job Responisbilities:

• Assign loads to drivers in Trinium, ensuring accurate allocation based on driver availability, equipment capacity, and operational requirements.
• Support drivers with day-to-day operational challenges and provide real-time guidance as needed.
• Generate daily Dispatch Reports, consolidating drayage planning activities using data from Trinium, customer reports, terminal appointments, and driver schedules.
• Schedule pickup and drop-off appointments through terminal websites and customer facilities.
• Monitor and track import and export container movements to ensure timely execution.
• Investigate completed and pending loads to maintain operational visibility and planning accuracy.
• Evaluate driver availability and assign loads based on qualifications, equipment, and operational needs.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding drayage issues, appointment requirements, and service updates.
• Review and approve accessorial charges and coordinate with Settlement and Transportation teams to ensure proper billing and payment processes.
• Evaluate repair requests and determine when external repair providers are required.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in operational systems and mobile applications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
