Key Responsibilities:

• Take full operational and customer service responsibility for assigned files

• Manage end-to-end logistics for air and sea freight shipments

• Arrange and track pick-ups and deliveries; maintain records of all related data

• Communicate effectively with brokers regarding delivery status, driver details, and potential issues

• Monitor truck routes and delivery timelines

• Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and service providers

• Ensure prompt and accurate rating, invoicing, and file documentation

• Provide timely import quotations to customers, sales reps, and international agents

• Stay compliant with US Import Customs, IATA, FMC, and hazardous materials regulations

• Maintain up-to-date shipment statuses and operational reporting

• Negotiate rates with subcontractors and oversee cost control

• Assist with warehouse tasks occasionally, including forklift operation

• Support station management in optimizing procedures and client relations

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding (air & sea)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of customs regulations and hazardous materials handling

• Ability to operate a forklift (preferred but not required)

• Bilingual skills a plus
