Job Title: PIT Operator (Sit-Down/Stand-Up Forklift) – Bilingual
Location: Hialeah.
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Open Availability Required (including weekends if needed)
Experience Required: 1–2 Years of Warehouse & PIT Experience

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious PIT Operator with warehouse experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), motivated, detail-oriented, and has previous experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential for growth in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various PIT equipment including sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts

• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials

• Perform daily PIT inspections and report any malfunctions

• Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for shipment

• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and warehouse procedures

• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards

• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed (inventory, shipping/receiving, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent warehouse and forklift (PIT) experience

• Valid PIT/forklift certification preferred or willingness to be certified

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required

• Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts or extended hours as needed

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable transportation and punctuality
