Seeking to place a skilled Warehouse Shipping Supervisor

Shift: 8am-5:30pm Monday to Fridays, flexible for overtime and weekend hours

Pay $ 23.00 per hour

 Job Description:

1.Generate shipping Reports to print ticket orders, labels, priority, assigns orders to other Order Pickers and copies information the internal system.

2. Assists Order Pickers with inventory issues.

3. Manage all important documents: print labels, bill of landings, shipping manifests.

4. Support Sales department with questions and inquires related to order changes, additional work and special instructions.

5. Coordinate and reserves truck space with local carriers and drivers

6. Order Picking, inspection of orders, dispatching drivers, and End of day reconciliation

7. Process inbound pages and distribute packages to office personal

8. Participate in the warehouse cycle counting 9. Spacial project and any other warehouse related functions

10. Operate warehouse equipment such as: forklifts, electric pallet jack, scanners and other machines.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)

2. Have 3-5 solid and stable work experience in similar role and work environment.

3. Proficiency with sit down, stand up and reach truck forklift.

4. Good time management skills, problem solving and leadership skills.

5. Able to carry and lift 50-more lbs.

6. Proof of high school or higher education
