We are currently seeking two qualified Freight Clerks with a strong background in freight forwarding, relevant software systems, and hands-on forklift operation.

Job Title: Freight Clerk – Software Knowledge & Forklift Experience

Location: Hialeah
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in freight forwarding

• Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other relevant logistics software

• Valid certification and practical experience with:

  • Reach Forklift

  • Sit-Down Forklift

  • Bilingual

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle freight documentation and inventory tracking using warehouse management software (WMS)

• Operate both reach and sit-down forklifts to move, load, and organize freight

• Support daily shipping and receiving activities

• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in warehouse systems

• Maintain safety standards and follow operational procedures
