Warehouse Worker
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for loading and unloading freight, organizing materials, and supporting shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual labor.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, stage, and organize pallets and materials on the dock.
- Verify shipping documents, including packing slips and manifests.
- Secure freight using shrink wrap, straps, and other materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and report damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and warehouse personnel.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or dock experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and hardworking.

- Prepare payroll, attendance, productivity, and labor reports
- Support billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office operations
- Maintain Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance records and driver qualification files
- Partner with leadership to enforce company policies and workforce procedures
- Assist with audits, special projects, and process improvements
