Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Overview

The Kitting Associate is responsible for assembling, organizing, and preparing materials, parts, or products into kits according to work orders and company standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components, materials, or products into complete kits based on instructions or production orders
• Verify that all required items are included and meet quality standards
• Label, package, and prepare completed kits for shipment or production use
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Use basic computer systems or scanners to update order status (if required)
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge (scanning, simple data entry)
• Ability to stand, lift, and move materials as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous warehouse or kitting experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or English-speaking only

Job Requirements:

Warehouse Shipping Supervisor

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (OT & weekends as needed)

Pay: $20–$23/hr

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 5 warehouse employees.

• Generate shipping reports, print tickets/labels, and assign orders.

• Assist with inventory discrepancies and product-location issues.

• Manage shipping documents (labels, BOLs, manifests).

• Coordinate truck space with carriers and drivers.

• Support Sales with order updates and special instructions.

• Handle order picking, inspections, dispatching, and end-of-day reconciliation.

• Process inbound packages and assist with cycle counts.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and warehouse equipment.

Requirements

• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Operate forklift is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• High school diploma or higher

ProLogistix is seeking associates to work in a fast-paced, physical role in a variety of areas including merchandise and Sit-down & EJP forklift. Our client is in the East Hialeah area! 

Here are the following three shift available.

• Monday – Thursday:  6:00 am to 4:30 pm $18.25
• Monday – Thursday:  5:00pm to 4am $18.75
  

•  Work Duties and responsibilities

• Receive and store inventory.
• Prepare customer orders and package them.
• Load boxes onto trucks for shipping.
• Use scanners to read barcodes on products.
• Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan and prepare orders.
• Sit- down Forklift
• Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and packages.
• Label and store merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
• Solve problems.
• Ensure that the product meets quality requirements.

You must also be able to:

• Lifts to 49 pounds.
• Sit- down forklift
• Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other equipment to move items.
• Steel-toe shoes are Mandatory
• Meet strict production standards regarding safety, quality, and compliance.
• Bilingual (preferred)
