ProLogistix is seeking associates to work in a fast-paced, E-commerce Specialist Position. Our client is in the Miami  area! 

Here are the following three shift available.

• Monday-Friday: 9am to 5:30pm $19.50
  

Job Summary:  The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and will be responsible for managing our E-commerce dept, overseeing online order management, communicating with the warehouse, handling marketplace management, providing online customer service, and managing returns. 

  Work Duties and responsibilities

E-commerce Management: Manage and update our Online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels.

• Online Order Management: Oversee the processing of online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Warehouse Communications: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations, accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Marketplace Management: Manage our presence on various online marketplaces, ensuring listings are accurate and up-to-date.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent online customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns.
• Returns Management: Oversee the returns process, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate inventory adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience on Extensive Software is preferred
• Experience with Online stores, Amazon, and online marketplace management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email.
• Experience in e-commerce or a related field is a plus.
