Job Description – Freight Forwarding / Shipping & Receiving Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Freight Forwarding / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Hialeah Gardens. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and shipping documentation, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently for loading and unloading freight.
• Prepare, create, and review Bills of Lading (BOL) and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate freight forwarding processes and communicate with carriers and vendors.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support general warehouse operations.
• Utilize shipping software such as SAP, Margalla, or similar systems for data entry and tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping, and receiving.
• Ability to read and create Bills of Lading with accuracy.
• Forklift (sit-down) operating experience required.
• Experience with SAP or other shipping/logistics systems preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred – Spanish with basic English skills acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.

Location: Hialeah Gardens

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

• Operate at heights up to 30 feet in the air
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills

Paper Copy Manufacturing – Warehouse Shipping Supervisor

Shift: Mon–Fri, 8am–5:30pm (OT/weekends as needed)

Pay: $25/hr

Responsibilities: Shipping reports, labels, bills of lading, manifests, inventory support, order picking, inspections, dispatching drivers, inbound packages, cycle counts, and operating forklifts/pallet jacks.

Requirements: Bilingual (Eng/Spa), 3–5 yrs experience, forklift proficiency, strong time-management, able to lift 50+ lbs, HS diploma or higher, Strong time-management, problem-solving, and leadership skills, High school diploma or higher.
