NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED SLIP SHEET FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Location: Hialeah Gardens, FL

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

We are seeking an experienced Slip Sheet (Push-Pull) Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Push-Pull/Slip Sheet Forklift
• Current OSHA Forklift Certification required
• Experience with equipment such as Raymond, Crown, Yale, or Toyota Push-Pull Forklifts
• Ability to safely load and unload trailers using slip sheet attachments
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities:

• Operate a push-pull forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move products using slip sheets
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Follow all safety and warehouse procedures

Please Note: Standard sit-down forklift experience only is not sufficient. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating a Push-Pull (Slip Sheet) Forklift.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Production & RMA Lead to oversee daily production operations and manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. This role is responsible for leading production staff, ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining quality standards, coordinating repairs and returns, tracking inventory, and providing timely updates to management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production team activities.
• Manage and process RMAs, including inspections, repairs, and documentation.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and other departments.
• Train team members and ensure adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or RMA operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season
