Mid Shift 11:00am-7:30pm Monday -Friday ($18.00 / hr)

General Responsibilities:

• Running state-of-the art testing equipment for consumer electronics
• Receive units using computers and/or RF handheld devices
• Build boxes and cartons
• Load and unload trucks
• Pick, pack & ship units
• Unpack, sort & stage units for production
• Put away units using pallet jacks

Position Summary

This role supports advanced solar cell manufacturing by operating and monitoring precision production equipment used in silicon wafer processing. Operators contribute directly to the fabrication of next-generation solar technologies while maintaining strict quality, safety, and process standards.

Core Duties

• Execute silicon wafer cleaning, texturing, and doping processes
• Operate and monitor high-temperature diffusion furnaces
• Perform chemical etching and deposition processes for anti-reflective coatings
