Hourly Rate: $32

We are currently hiring for MMT for a Packaging Manufacture.  We are seeking qualified Candidates to have

1-2 years of experience with repairing manufacturing machines and conveyor systems.

Core Duties:

• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics and mechanical failures
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment, support equipment, facilities, and safety equipment
• Perform special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel
• Observe operation of machine and verify conformance to machine specifications
• Fabricate, install, and develop upgrades, modifications and machine changes as directed
• Perform all other duties assigned by Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

Control or tend conveyors or conveyor systems that move materials or products to and from stockpiles, processing stations, departments, or vehicles. May control speed and routing of materials or products.

Job Description:

• Line tenders must fill out their paperwork
• Sign off materials for each line summary they get to make sure components are all correct and not wrong.
• Set the lines up to run properly
• Produce good quality bottles to be ship out.
• Setting the lines up include label machines, filler, cappers, sometimes sealers, torquer, code machines, tape machines with codes and carton label machines.   
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Machine Operating (manufacturing) experience
• Ability to complete minor maintenance on the conveyor
• Ability to stand for 8 – 10
• Mechanical Knowledge of Conveyors
• Ability to communicate with other employees to complete production process
