Customer Service Representative:

Taking calls and emails to troubleshoot generators and pressure washer

Comfortable on the phone

Mechanical knowledge

Bilingual is a plus

MICROSOFT EXCEL AND WORD A MUST HAVE!

 • Maintain the integrity of physical inventory and related records. • Ensure accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and physical inventories. • Identify and resolve inventory variances through investigation and root cause analysis. • Optimize inventory locations based on product velocity. • Ensure compliance with expiration, short-date, and shelf-life policies. • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management. • Oversee all inventory control functions, including inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and reconciliation. • Ensure all inventory control and receiving processes are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Manage inventory transfers and reassign active locations. • Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accurate processing of manufacturing ingredients and other inventory-related tasks. • Motivate and support the team to achieve inventory goals and maintain high standards. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and applicable regulations. • Promote safety, quality, and compliance within the inventory control area.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices .
