What You'll Do

• Move, stage, sort, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Palletize and shrink-wrap products as needed
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
• Stable work history preferred

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Equipment Material Handler to join our warehouse operations team in Byhalia, MS. The Equipment Material Handler is responsible for the accurate and efficient completion of order fulfillment activities while ensuring product quality, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety. This role involves operating material handling equipment, transporting products, staging shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Accurately select, identify, verify, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products.
• Perform order fulfillment tasks according to customer and company requirements.
• Verify product quantities and condition prior to shipment.
• Label, scan, and prepare products for shipping.
