A local distribution in Ontario of a popular name brand of cosmetics is looking is seeking for an Inventory Specialist to hold the responsibility of performing Cycle Counts when needed and maintaining the RMA Inbounds and Damage/Hold Area, while meeting company standards of safety, security, and productivity.

Shift: Monday to Friday 3pm-11:30pm overtime schedule 12pm-8:30pm and Saturdays 

Pay Rate: $20.50

Job Duties:

• Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook experience
• Knowledge on a web based WMS and Symmetry
• Physical inventory and cycle counting for up to 15% of shift
• Stand up Reach/Cherry Picker experience and will be operating up to 20% of shift
• Assist in communicating and monitoring to cycle counters
• Communicating directly with the customer on a daily basis via email and in person
• Knowledge of RF scan gun
• Assist in other areas when needed

A local food distribution in Ontario of a popular name brand of food is looking is seeking for an Inventory clerk with forklift experience to hold the responsibility of performing daily Cycle Counts and maintaining the RMA Inbounds and Damage/Hold Area, while meeting company standards of safety, security, and productivity.

Shift: Flex schedule for 2nd shift starting at 2pm. 

2pm to 12:30am (4 days )

2pm to 2:30am (3 days)

Pay Rate: $22.50

Job Duties:

• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and maintain inventory levels
• Computer Literate
• Forklift certify in Stand up Reach
• Investigate discrepancies and report over and under amounts as well as damaged products 
• Ensure pallets are in the proper locations and assist in locating misclassified locations 
• Assist in reconciling discrepancies by analyzing root causes
