Warehouse Associate - Loose Freight

Job Overview: Supply Chain is hiring for a Warehouse Associate - Loose Freight Handler to support our distribution center in Ontario, CA.

As a Warehouse Associate - Loose Freight Handler, you will work with a voice based sorting system and pallet jack to place customer orders on a pallet in the order that the voices system asks. Once the pallet is created, you will wrap the pallet to get it ready to load onto the trailer.

Schedule and Compensation: 2nd shift Shift Tuesday-Friday 05:00 pm – 03:30 am (4/10) Pay @ $21.00/hour

Job Details:

• Process customer orders by manually breaking down pallets, stacking product onto pallets, and transporting completed pallets with the use of a pallet jack.
• Confirm orders contain the correct number of products for shipment.
• Review and verify label information by comparing the label on the product to its contents and placing the label in the appropriately area on the product.
• Inspect inbound and outbound customer orders for damages.
• This is a physically demanding job that will require you to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.

Pay Rate: $25.50/hour

We’re looking for a Claims Analyst to join our clients team. This is a hands-on role on the floor, supporting investigations, resolving complaints, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve claims: Review customer complaints, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution.

• Escalation management: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate entity and track progress until closure.

• Data analysis: Use Excel and other tools to analyze claim trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (quality, logistics, engineering) to contain, correct, and prevent customer-impacting problems.

• Process improvement: Work closely with continuous improvement engineers to update dashboards, track KPIs, and support ongoing projects.

• Customer advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback is shared with management and incorporated into improvement plans.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of claims, updates, and resolutions to support compliance and reporting requirements.

• Operational support: Assist with staging, reporting, and other floor-level tasks that contribute to overall efficiency.
