Hiring Forklift Operator / Stand Up Reach and EPJ 1st,2nd and Weekend shift

Scheduled: Monday to Friday , 1st shift : 6am to 2:30pm / 2nd Shift : 3pm to 11:30pm / Weekend Friday to Sunday 6am to 6:30pm

Pay rate : 1st shift $17.50 - $18.50 per hour / 2nd Shift and Weekend $18.75 - $19.50

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

• Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer.

• Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory.

• Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system.

• Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris.

• Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.

 Ability to fluently communicate and read in English

Hiring Forklift Clamp Operator

Scheduled: Monday to Friday ,  11am to completion

Pay rate : $19.00 per hour

 Key Duties

• • Staging & Shipping (40%): Prep products for truckload and last-mile delivery
  • Loading/Unloading (30%): Handle trailers, scan items, inspect for damage
  • Inventory Handling (15%): Move products and update systems (RF/SAP/AS400)
  • LTL/Parcel Support (5%): Process small shipments, occasional packaging
  • Team & Safety (5%): Join meetings, support safety and process improvements
  • Housekeeping (5%): Maintain cleanliness and assist with general tasks

Hiring 1st Shift Yard Rigger

Scheduled: 6:00am to Finish, Monday to Friday

Pay rate : $18.00 per hour

General Description

Assist the crane operator in the safe and efficient movement of precast panels, hardware, production beds, and other materials or equipment throughout the daily production process.

Job Responsibilities 

• Signal the crane operator during lifting and placement of panels.
• Use rigging devices for transportation, storage, and shipping of precast panels.
• Hook and unhook lifting cables, ring clutches, and spreader bars.
• Maintain constant communication with the crane operator via two-way radio, especially when guiding the crane around blind spots.
• Place dunnage for panel storage in racks or trailers for customer shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.

 Working Conditions

• Regularly required to stand, twist, walk, and use hand tools or controls.
• Must be able to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance on elevated surfaces, and stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, or crawl.
• Noise level is typically loud; hearing protection may be required.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
