What You'll Do

• Read and interpret pour sheets, blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Cut and assemble wood components for forms, bulkheads, and construction projects.
• Measure, cut, and prepare insulation, nailers, and blank-out materials.
• Operate table saws, miter saws, band saws, pneumatic nail guns, and other hand and power tools safely.
• Build and modify forms according to project specifications.
• Drill, seal, and prepare wood forms for production use.
• Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• Carpentry, concrete, or construction experience required.
• Proficient with table saws, sanders, hand tools, and power tools.
• Strong ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately.
• Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and humidity.
