Now Hiring Experienced Forklift Drivers – Sit-Down & Stand-Up Reach Truck Operators (Oxnard, CA)

We’re looking for skilled sit-down and stand-up reach truck forklift operators to join our team in Oxnard! These are all shift opportunities, paying $18–$24/hr depending on experience.

Position: Forklift Driver
Pay: $18–$24/hr (DOE)
Shift: All Shifts 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience (sit-down and/or stand-up reach truck)

• Ability to safely and efficiently move materials in a warehouse environment

• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to safety

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts

• Load/unload trailers and transport products throughout the warehouse

• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems for inventory tracking

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support cycle counts and general warehouse operations as needed

• Be available for overtime and weekend shifts when required
