7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday

Job Description:

• Load and unload delivery trucks – Lifting products weighing up to approximately 50lbs. 
• Handling of tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 50lbs.
• Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading.
• Assist in verifying all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in terms of amount, size and type, informing management of inventory and supply shortages as well as assisting in actual periodic inventory counts.
• Designate and organize the warehouse stock by product line and by physical alignment, allowing sufficient space for overflow.
• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and/or custodial / housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock and area surrounding building;  keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms and assisting in daily closing down of warehouse.
• Compile and submit regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments, return of products to vendor, etc. and segregate defective product from normal flow of inventory.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as the handling and preparation of paperwork. May assist in daily closing of the warehouse.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50lbs. independently and over 50lbs. in a team lift.
• Stand 8 hours per day.
• Work in non-climate controlled setting.

• Must Operate both Sit-down & Reach stand-up forklifts. * NO TRAINING!
• Performs all material handler functions including shipping & receiving product and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Meets unit quality and productivity metrics.
• Completes paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
• Performs housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment.
• Accurately and courteously load client merchandise in trucks.
• Pulling orders for customers, building pallets, helping with tradeshow prep. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance.
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.

The purpose of the Warehouse Associate is to accurately transfer, package, kit or assemble product and materials, both physically and logically, to fulfill orders, inventory, and load/unload trailers. Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials. 30% · Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers. Ensure all scanning is completed correctly. Help train dock employees on new procedures. Ensure facility is secure at end of shift; investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping. Perform picking and packing duties. Check for evidence of product or container damage 25% · Perform the assigned tasks as described in the location's policies and procedures standards to include handling of materials within associated logical transactions 20% · Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required 15% · Participate in workgroup and other team activities for the purpose of self improvement and improving warehouse operations and related business functions 5% · Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area 5%
