Surprise Area Logistics Company seeking a Customer Account Specialist- 1st Shift

PAY: $21/hr. 
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm (Position Requires OT and Flexibility)

Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
•    Check all orders for special requests and posts inventory records
•     Perform accurate and timely data entry for receiving order allocation, shipping, and inventory management. 
•    Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the Transportation and Operations departments, expediting any order as          necessary. 
•    Track orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their order. 
•    Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner.

Warehouse Associate I $20.00/hour

Climate controlled warehouse 7am-4pm Monday thru Friday

Job Description:

• Load and unload delivery trucks – operating sit down and stand up forklift equipment - Lifting products weighing up to approximately 50lbs.

• Handling of product greater than approximately 50lbs.

• Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading.

• Assist in verifying all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in terms of amount, size and type, informing management of inventory and supply shortages as well as assisting in actual periodic inventory counts.

• Follow designated warehouse stock locations by product line and by physical alignment, allowing sufficient space for overflow.

• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and/or custodial / housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock and area surrounding building, keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms and assisting in daily closing down of warehouse.

• Compile and submit regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments, return of products to vendor, etc. and segregate defective product from normal flow of inventory.

• Assist in administrative tasks, such as the handling and preparation of paperwork including data entry for purchase orders. May assist in daily closing of the warehouse.

• GED or High School Diploma

• Lift up to 50lbs. independently and over 50lbs. in a team lift.

• Stand 8 hours per day.

Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and repetitively lift up to 50 pounds. Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near work site. Inspects materials for quality/defects. Able to identify material by part number or written description. Manually moves materials onto or from pallets and shelves. Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas. Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. Cleans work area, machines, and equipment. Assembles crates to contain products when required. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. Adheres to all safety rules and regulations.
