Job Summary

The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates into job assignments to meet workforce demands and client expectations. This role plays a critical part in attracting and retaining top talent through high-volume recruiting efforts while achieving key staffing metrics, including time-to-fill, diversity hiring goals, recruiting compliance, and overall talent quality.

What You'll Do
