Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm 18 an hour

3pm to 11am-18.50 an hour

The Stand-Up Cherry Picker Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating a cherry picker forklift to retrieve, move, and stock products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position plays a key role in inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping operations while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up cherry picker forklift to pick and replenish inventory.
• Retrieve products from elevated warehouse racking locations.
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Move materials between storage, staging, and shipping areas.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete transactions.
• Load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all OSHA, company, and facility safety regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers according to company procedures.
• Move materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive incoming products and put away inventory in designated locations.
• Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and shipment documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working at heights when operating elevated equipment, if required.
