Cherry Picker Forklift Driver

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Cherry Picker Forklift Driver to support a fast-paced warehouse and distribution operation. This position is responsible for safely operating a cherry picker/order picker forklift to retrieve, move, and stage products while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift throughout the warehouse.
• Pick products from elevated rack locations accurately and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials as assigned.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations against work orders.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report damaged products, equipment concerns, and safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Previous cherry picker/order picker forklift experience required.
• Comfortable working safely at elevated heights.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Position Summary

Responsible for operating forklifts and material handling equipment to transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products throughout the facility. Supports production, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Transport materials to production lines and storage locations
• Pull and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and inventory accuracy.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas.
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and quality procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
