In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory through our warehouse — from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery. ?? Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
• Verify product quality and accuracy against purchase orders
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely
• Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

?? Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (a plus, but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Reach Truck Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating reach trucks to move, stack, and organize materials efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach truck forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials
• Move products to designated storage areas and retrieve items for shipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift certification/license (reach truck experience required)
• 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
