Job Requirements:

Industrial Maintenance Technician –

Rotating: Work 11 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off

2nd & 3rd Shift Easton, PA Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday) 3rd shift 10:00pm - 6:00am Pay Range: $25 – $32/hour (Based on experience)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience in an industrial setting? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Easton, PA on 2nd shift!

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Perform plant startup and shutdown procedures
• Read and interpret repair manuals and parts books
• Execute repairs properly, efficiently, and safely
• Perform and document Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks per schedule
• Understand and safely operate all electrical and safety disconnects
• Maintain compliance with all safety and government regulations
• Work with outside vendors on equipment installations or repairs
• Immediately report any safety violations or concerns to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to pass a mechanical and electrical certification test
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and bend for at least 8 hours per day
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
