General Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support our warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up trash, rake, and pull weeds around the exterior of the building
• Assist with picking up, relocating, and disposing of boards and debris created during warehouse cleanup
• Use light hand tools to remove screws, bolts, bars, and other fasteners
• Support the production area by loading and unloading Roto Molding equipment
• Remove 25–50 fasteners per mold as part of the production process
• Work at heights of 15–20 feet, including climbing stairs and elevated platforms
• Bend, stoop, and lift as required to complete tasks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Capable of climbing stairs, bending, lifting, and working at elevated heights
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing repetitive tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

Safety Expectations

• Strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures

Documentation Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV

ProLogistix is seeking a Documentation Coordinator for our client in Las Vegas. Our client specializes in temperature controlled storage, warehousing, and paid distribution services for perishable foods, pharmaceutical products, and medical devices. This facility operates as a cGMP compliant warehouse. In this role, you will provide administrative and documentation support to the site’s Quality Team, with a primary focus on document control, filing, record maintenance, and basic document review.  

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $27 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with site personnel as needed to collect, file, and organize quality documents.
• Assists with the preparation, tracking, and filing of incident reports, deviations, change controls, and risk assessments.
• Maintains, organizes, and reviews maintenance and inventory records in accordance with document control and Good Document Practices (GDP).
• Maintains incident reports, deviations, change controls, risk assessments, maintenance records, and inventory records.
• Maintains good working relationships with Company personnel.
• Assists with formatting, filing, and revising SOPs under guidance.
• Ensures all employees are compliant with cGMP regulations.
• Assist with audit preparation by organizing and retrieving requested documentation.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a quality or document control role, regulated environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
• Technical writing experience.
• Reliability and attention to detail in routine tasks.
• Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and quality record management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively and to remain self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with various teams across the organization while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills
