We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Sparks, NV. In this position, you’ll play a key role in our order fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You’ll use a voice-directed picking system and Zebra printer technology to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and productivity in daily operations.
M-F 5am-4pm 22.00 per hour with Overtime available
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using a voice-picking headset/system.
- Operate Zebra printers to print labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
- Prepare shipments by verifying items, properly packaging, and labeling boxes for outbound delivery.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain organized inventory and restock picking areas as needed.
- Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming materials when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred.
- Experience using voice picking systems and Zebra printers is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

ProLogistix is currently seeking Production Operators to join the Reno, Nevada manufacturing location. This role is safety sensitive and works a ROTATING 12-hour shift and (including weekends and holidays).
Starting rate is $24.29. Night Shift Differential is $2.50/hour.
Work Schedule
- 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off, from 6:30 a.m.– 6:45 p.m., or, 6:30 p.m. – 6:45 a.m.
- Work every other weekend.
- Employees rotate 4 weeks on day shift, then 4 weeks on night shift.
Responsibilities
- Participates in daily safety routines (both as an individual and team member).
- Performs calibration functions on processing equipment.
- Uses basic hand and power tools.
- Measures pipe and verifies that dimensional tolerances are within acceptable criteria.
- Prepares product for shipping per various packaging requirements.
- Assists teammates as required.
- Capable of standing for long periods of time on concrete flooring, bending, stooping and other physical tasks.
- Available to work rotating 12-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum education of High School education or GED is required.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Detail-oriented candidates who have a demonstrated work history of shift work, in addition to working injury free and following workplace/plant safety practices and procedures.
- General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Proficient in communicating in English language (both verbal and written).

Our client specializes in temperature-controlled storage, warehousing, and paid distribution services for perishable foods, pharmaceutical products, and medical devices. This facility operates as a cGMP-compliant warehouse.
In this role, you will provide administrative and documentation support to the site’s Quality Team, with a primary focus on document control, filing, record maintenance, and basic document review.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $27 per hour
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with site personnel as needed to collect, file, and organize quality documents.
- Assists with the preparation, tracking, and filing of incident reports, deviations, change controls, and risk assessments.
- Maintains, organizes, and reviews maintenance and inventory records in accordance with document control and Good Document Practices (GDP).
