Job Summary
The Staff Performance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of personnel to ensure the timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and service. This role manages employee relations at the site - including coaching, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews. This role ensures client satisfaction and engagement through superior customer service and develops relationships with supervisors and associates. This role anticipates staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needs.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Manages candidate inventory by recruiting, screening, interviewing daily.
• Conducts all new hire orientations, to encompass all client onboarding information as well as perform new hire check-ins on first day of work.
• Audits onboarding requirements and confirms new hire start requirements are met.
• Communicates workforce needs to client for staffing productivity and includes labor market data to present plausible solutions.
• Participates in client forecasting meetings and remains informed and knowledgeable of client's current and upcoming business needs.
• Manages daily attendance reports, headcount reports.
• May process weekly payroll and maintain timeclock database.
• Documents and investigates safety incidents and participates in client meetings to discuss safety and operational efficiency.
• Handles worker’s comp claims and documents unemployment.
• Develops and maintains rapport with management and supervisors to maintain consistencies in all departments.
• Initiates and completes client relationship mapping as needed.
• Runs and creates reports to identify workforce challenges, escalates when appropriate and collaborates with the client to create solutions (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software).
• Coaches associates on policies that could have legal implications and involves onsite HR and leads investigations.
• Conducts employee performance reviews and assigns and ends associate assignments.

Job Requirements:

Position Description:

This role has a primary function of entering, changing, moving inspecting and pulling inventory for both purchased and consigned materials. This includes: Cycle Counts, Order Management, Scrap, and Site/Location Consolidations. There will also be a portion of time designated to cross training with other positions and filling in where we might have short comings due to absences or time restraints.

Major Areas of responsibilities:

INVENTORY • Physically inspect and identify parts for inventory, taking note of any damage or oddities to bring to management • Input items into NetSuite properly • Conduct inventory checks for those who require it in a timely fashion • Pull Parts from stock to fulfill Sales Orders, and put away stock or consignment items • Physically and systematically move discrepant and/or damaged items to scrap • Safely arrange warehouse inventory and locations often, keeping consignments separate and accurate, including doing Bin/stock Transfers • Report any obscurities, operational changes or procedure changing information to management Primary Objectives: • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets • Contribute to the team to allow us to comply with laws, regulations, safety and ISO standards • Reduce down time, keep warehouse clean, stocked and organized • Cross train and pitch in when we are short handed in different operations departments • Understanding NetSuite and all the transactions necessary in this role

ProLogistix is currently seeking Production Operators to join the Reno, Nevada manufacturing location.

This role is safety sensitive and works a rotating 12-hour shift (including weekends and holidays). Starting rate is $24.29. Night Shift Differential is $2.50/hour.

Schedule • 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, from 6:30 a.m.– 6:45 p.m., or, 6:30 p.m. – 6:45 a.m. • Work every other weekend. • Employees rotate 4 weeks on day shift, then 4 weeks on night shift

Responsibilities Participates in daily safety routines (both as an individual and team member). • Performs calibration functions on processing equipment. • Uses basic hand and power tools. • Measures pipe and verifies that dimensional tolerances are within acceptable criteria. • Prepares product for shipping per various packaging requirements. • Assists teammates as required. • Capable of standing for long periods of time on concrete flooring, bending, stooping and other physical tasks. • Available to work rotating 12-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays). • Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment.

Description of the Position: Works in conjunction with the site Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels in their location. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventories. Handles all paperwork and follows all procedures to meet this goal. Verifies all orders received and shipped and ensures that the orders are properly accounted for in the company's records. Accounts for all defective or damaged products and follows with appropriate corrective action. Manages and reconciles all cycle counts.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cycle counts daily as assigned.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determine root cause of the problem.
  • Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory as requested by the customer in order to dispose, salvage, or donate. This may include physically lifting or moving product or materials.
  • Process returned shipments by unloading the trailer and determining what is first quality or damaged inventory.
  • Ensure that all proper written documentation is signed off and filed. Participate and coach LTO’s during physical inventories or samplings as requested by the customer
