We are seeking dependable Shipping & Loading Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position is responsible for preparing orders, loading and unloading products, and ensuring shipments are accurate and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Prepare, stage, and verify outgoing shipments
  • Match products to shipping documents and customer orders
  • Inspect products for damage or discrepancies
  • Label, wrap, and secure pallets for transportation
  • Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all warehouse and safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous shipping, loading, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and working throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift experience is a plus

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating stand-up reach trucks in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment and will be responsible for moving, storing, and retrieving products while maintaining inventory accuracy and workplace safety. Reach truck operators commonly handle palletized goods in high-bay racking systems and support order fulfillment activities.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently.
  • Put away, pick, and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and product locations.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of reach truck experience preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
