Responsibilities & Duties:

• Set up machines for production, operate machinery safely, and monitor machine operations.
• Identify and resolve issues with the machinery or production processes to avoid production delays.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Work closely with other production staff to ensure smooth workflow and address any production issues.
• Contribute to the team effort
• Take work direction from others
• Obtain all materials necessary for the area to operate smoothly (packing supplies, stores items, etc.)
• Verify boards in the basement have the current film type and gauge being ran. Ensure correct grid size is being used for gauge being ran.
• Keep cutters running if reclaim is available (edge trim, offcuts, slabs, etc.)

Hours & Pay:

• Rotating Schedule 
• 7am-7pm
• $18.25/hr

Job Requirements:

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
• Ability to understand machine operations, read technical manuals, read tape measure, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Strong focus on accuracy and safety to ensure quality production and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50pounds or more. 

Assembler- Henrico, VA

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or assembly instructions.
• Assemble components or products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and standards.
• Monitor and report any product defects or equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Record production data and maintain documentation as required

• Monday-Friday
• 3pm-11pm
• $22/hr

Stand Up/Reach Truck Operators Only

Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Stand Up/Reach Truck Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transportation of products within our warehouse. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision and prioritize safety in all operations.

6a-2:30 pm or 2pm -10:30p

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload trailers, railcars, and transport products to designated areas.
• Conduct accurate checks of inbound/outbound shipments to ensure correct items and quantities, and inspect for any damage.
• Operate handheld scanners and other equipment to ensure compliance with our warehouse management system.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance inspections to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow warehouse associates to meet operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Stand Up/Reach Truck Operator.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
