Immediate Need for Material Handler/Forklift Driver in Eagan MN. 

1st Shift: 8am-4:30pm Mon to Friday 

Pay: $19/hr.

Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Accurately transfer product / parts, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, move products throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required.

•Read, interpret and accomplish WMS reports, recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer.

• Trained to recognize “obvious damage” at any point in the warehousing process and knowledge of action taken when discovered.

• Pull orders accurately as assigned

• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets picked as well as stage location

• Prepare Receiving / Storage / Shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process.

• Aware of and follows location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures.

• Position may require lifting of 40-50lbs.

• Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned

• May operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery

Job Requirements:

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial lift experience required
• Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and walk in high traffic areas
• The ability to input data into various WMS computer systems
• Work overtime as assigned

Skills:

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted and the capacity to transact system information in a productive manner.

This is a Hybrid Schedule, onsite 3 days in Golden Valley 2 days remote 

Pay is dependent on qualifications - $85.00 - $100

Job Description:

• Experience with basic analog circuit design such as inverting, non-inverting, and transconductance amplifier configurations.
• Familiarity with standard topologies of switching power supplies.
• Understanding requirements for embedded circuit design: signal conditioning, noise mitigations, transient protection, etc.
• Circuit simulation and design including creation of schematics for new designs, modifying existing schematics, and conducting a tolerance analysis to ensure proper operation.
• Able to lay out multilayer PCB's or provide guidance to a layout technician to mitigate problems such as part interferences, high voltage spacing violations, and electrical noise susceptibility.
• Able to lead qualification programs including writing test plans, supervising test procedures, troubleshooting failures, and reviewing/writing reports.

Job Information:

The purpose of this position is to insure the accuracy of warehouse inventory balances. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining a cycle count process, error analysis, accuracy reporting, and corrective action. The successful implementation of these processes should yield increased inventory accuracy, reduced component shortages, reduced cost of indirect labor for material handling, and improved productivity of the manufacturing operation.

Role & Responsibility:

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the cycle count process, including, but not limited to:

• selection of parts to be counted

• cycle count method and technique

• reconciliation of counts to perpetual records

• root cause analysis for errors

• reporting of results on a daily basis.

Job Requirement:

Education Required:

High School Diploma

• Experience Required: 0>2 years

• Travel Required: <10%

• Certified Forklift License

• Equivalent experience in lieu of Diploma accepted.

• Familiarity of PC and Bar Code applications

• Familiarity with ERP and MES Systems

• Working knowledge of cycle count/audit procedures.

• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, operating procedures and internal movement/handling processes.

• Visually inspect material for defects in material and workmanship, note shortages, and wrong part identification.

• Uses various materials handling equipment like scissor lift and cherry picked to get to material.

• May operate forklift and motor vehicles. Responsible for maintaining any required records on forklift and motor vehicle and performing various maintenance checks such as oil, tires, lights, horn, etc., on equipment used.

• Reports repairs needed to supervisor.

• The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school or equivalent is required.
