Large national distribution facility searching for an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative.  This is a growing warehousing company.  Come join us and enjoy a great working culture, opportunities to grow, and great benefits. Candidates with  3 years of related experience will be considered. 

Shift 6am-6:30pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday

Base Pay $22.50 per hour 

Some necessary skills for success

• Providing exceptional customer service to vendors, manufacturers, staff and customers
• Create and handle service calls, change orders, and work orders
• Assign service calls, change/work orders to proper parties for handling
• Communicate updates via email
• Proficient with Windows OS, Word, Excel willing to learn WHM systems
• Warehouse experience required
• 3-5 years customer service experience required

Recruiter/Strategic Account Coordinator

West Valley City, UT & West Jordan, UT Manufacturing / Light Industrial Environment Pay: $23–$25/hr | Split Shift 8:00 AM & 4:00 PM

Position Summary

The Strategic Accounts Coordinator / Recruiter is responsible for the overall success of assigned client staffing programs while leading high-volume recruiting and day-to-day workforce operations. This role partners closely with client leadership, manages associate relations, and ensures staffing goals, service levels, and compliance standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Build consultative relationships with client leadership to understand workforce needs and business goals.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet fill rate, time-to-fill, and on-time start targets.
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Manage the associate lifecycle including onboarding, orientations, coaching, performance management, and offboarding.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client, associate, and operational concerns.
• Monitor staffing levels, workforce performance, and KPIs using ATS, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety, HR, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of staffing, recruiting, or workforce management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution settings preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a process-driven environment.
• Comfortable using technology platforms to drive staffing and operational decisions.

Work Environment

• Office and on-site industrial setting.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
