Now Hiring: DTC Warehouse Lead

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the next step in leadership? We’re hiring a DTC Warehouse Lead to help drive daily Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment operations while keeping safety, quality, productivity, and customer service at the forefront.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work alongside the team, coordinate daily workflow, troubleshoot operational challenges, and coach associates to achieve daily goals.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily Picking, Packing, Hotline, Replenishment, Shipping, Returns, and VAS operations
• Prioritize workload and balance labor to meet shipping deadlines and productivity goals
• Monitor workflow and help eliminate operational bottlenecks
• Ensure associates follow established SOPs and safety procedures
• Provide hands-on warehouse support and operate equipment as needed
• Lead daily start-up meetings and communicate priorities
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse associates
• Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes
• Escalate performance or operational concerns to management as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience
• Minimum 2 years of lead or leadership experience
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced warehouse environment
