Position: Internal Recruiting Gig Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

  • Locations: San Bernardino & Perris, CA (must travel between both locations as needed)
  • Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
  • Schedule: Must be Flexible — Day, night, and weekend shifts (4 to 12 hours daily)

What You’ll Do

As an Internal Recruiting Gig Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
  • Assist with orientation, paperwork, and compliance processes
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to associates
  • Travel between San Bernardino and Perris locations as needed
  • Support staffing needs during peak times, events, or shift changes
  • Partner with management to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Step in where needed as a flexible, team-oriented contributor

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customs documentation accurately and efficiently, including commercial invoices, customs declarations, Importer Security Filings, and other required forms
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing sources, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure clear and timely communication
  • Monitor shipments and proactively identify and resolve potential customs delays or issues
  • Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery while addressing any customs-related concerns
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in documentation to maintain compliance and avoid delays
  • Collaborate closely with team members to support smooth operations and assist with additional logistics responsibilities as needed
