Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Advise walk-in and wholesale customers on parts, look up accessories, and manage inquiries over the phone.

• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, adjust pricing for profitability, and monitor for obsolescence.

• Procurement: Order required components, track shipments, and manage backorders.

• Quality Control & Returns: Mirror-match delivered parts against repair orders, inspect for damage, and process returns or credits.

• Department Collaboration: Coordinate directly with Customers and Service Technicians to ensure parts orders are processed successfully.

• Area Beautification: Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.

Standard Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong computer and digital catalog skills.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy parts.
