Job Description

Position: Administrative Clerk

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Hours: 10:30am - 6:30pm

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Administrative Clerk, you’ll be the vital link between warehouse operations and multiple departments. This role requires a detail-oriented, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sign in drivers and process inbound/outbound orders using SAP
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Perform data entry (SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Support Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Lead
• Print pallet labels, confirm picklists, process returns
• Manage monthly rework orders
• Assist in coordinating special projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP
• Prior experience in food manufacturing
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, including reading and writing.

Physical & Work Environment

• Mostly sedentary role, with occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs)
• Repetitive motions of hands and wrists (e.g., typing)
• Requires verbal communication and attention to detail
• Workstation located inside a warehouse setting

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembles empty boxes.
• Accurately counts and neatly packs 3lb. or 5 lb. bags of rice into 16 or 24 (quantity) cases while visually inspecting the product to ensure packaging meets quality standards (no holes, tears in packaging).
• Pushes packed boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. into the case taper machine; replaces tape as needed.
• Adheres to company standards on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• May empty bags of rice to returned to the raw material.
• May stack, arrange, and shrink-wrap cases of rice, weighing up to 50 pounds each, safely and efficiently.
• May prepare boxes with custom labels.
• May use a vacuum or weight scales.
• Fill out the correct paperwork for the day's production.
• Make correct adjustments to the Erector box machine

Location: Port Wentworth, Ga

Pay: $21.25 - $22.75

Shifts:

• Sun-Wed (6:45am - 5:15pm)
• Mon-Fri (6pm - 230am)
• Wed-Sat (6:45am - 5:15pm)
• Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri (8:30am-7pm)

Job Description

• Unload and receive inbound furniture orders which will require manually moving large, heavy goods.
• Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
• Use scan technology to document pertinent carton level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location of material.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate and up to date.
• Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
• Work effectively with peers and managers.
• Identify the most efficient way to complete assigned tasks and asks clarifying questions when appropriate.
• Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months of Electric Pallet Jack experience required. Must be comfortable with heights (40ft)
• Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift.
• Must be able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more.
• Strong, consistent work ethic.
• Comfort with scanning technology.

Job Requirements:

Experience with material handling equipment (specifically electric double pallet jacks) is often required, usually at least six months. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted is often required.
