We are seeking an experienced Onsite Operations Lead to support our client’s facility by overseeing daily workforce operations, ensuring accurate time tracking, and enforcing company policies, including our Zero Tolerance Policy.

This role is essential in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

1st and 2nd shift available

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workforce operations at the client site.

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence.

• Ensure accurate timekeeping and audit timecards daily.

• Train employees on proper time tracking procedures.

• Document attendance issues, performance concerns, and incidents.

• Conduct coaching, verbal warnings, and written corrective actions.

• Enforce the Zero Tolerance Policy consistently.

• Respond to policy violations and coordinate with HR and leadership.

• Communicate with client leadership on staffing and performance needs.

• Provide updates on attendance trends and workforce stability.

• Assist with onboarding and policy training.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations, workforce management, staffing, or onsite leadership.

• Strong understanding of timekeeping systems and attendance policies.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Assistant Fulfillment Lead to support first-shift operations in Savannah, GA. This role helps oversee daily fulfillment activities, supports pick line operations, and ensures a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.

Pay Range: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing Fulfillment department operations to ensure service levels are met and staffing/operating costs are optimized.
• Support the pick line and related computer systems to maintain efficient order picking and shipping productivity.
• Assist in managing pick line replenishment and bulk order processing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Oversee loading and carrier signoff for all LTL/TL shipments when the Shipping Supervisor is unavailable, ensuring all signed documentation is returned for invoicing.

Job Requirements:

Requirements Must be bilingual. Ability to coordinate a team of 10–25 employees. Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, email, and internet applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
