• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Pay Rate: $21.40 - $23.40 per hour
• Schedule: 3-2-2 rotating schedule
• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck and Sit-Down Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations in a busy home goods and grocery distribution center. Operators will work in both shipping and receiving areas, ensuring products are moved, stored, and processed safely and efficiently. Previous sit-down forklift experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks and/or sit-down forklifts in a safe and productive manner.
• Load, unload, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Stack and transport materials to designated storage and staging locations.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse equipment to track inventory and print labels.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and system transactions.
• Utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate product locations and records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Temp to Hire position

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and correct any variances in WMS and SAP counts.
• Work with Management, IT, and customer on eliminating inventory variances found through cycle counting.
• Create and implement new procedures and forms as needed to assist in improving job functions.
• Cycle count finished product in WMS and SAP.
• Lead and conduct physical inventory in Distribution.
• SAP Super user skilled in SAP is required 

SAP super user include:

• WMS to SAP inventory and delivery reconciliation
• WMS to SAP ASN reconciliation
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.

Job Requirements:

• WMS/SAP experience
• Possess SAP Super user knowledge
• Will be required to interact heavily with customer contact on all day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a Distribution Center environment
• Experience with inventory including cycle counts, cycle reviews, evaluations, forecast, etc.
• Must possess good problem solving skills.
• Work comfortably around upper Management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Knowledge of logistics and international shipping preferred
