Coordinate all inbound and outbound activity for assigned accounts
Process and input all customer orders.
Running and printing shipments from WMS.
Run stock reports to check for product availability.
Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
Checking all orders for special requests
Expediting any order as necessary, trace orders as required and notify customer of any activity concerning their merchandise.
Follow up with other departments to ensure the service standards are being met.
Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying customers as required.
Handles returned merchandise in an efficient manner and assure proper credit is given to the customer.

Pay and Schedule:
- Starting Pay Range is $28.85 an hour $60,000 annually to $33.65 an hour $70,000 annually
- Typical weekly hours are 6am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Summary of Role:
The Project Specialist is responsible for efficiently coordinating the supply of products and services for defined project business. Project business consists of significant revenue opportunities with customers with specific commercial and/or technical arrangements.
This role exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of office work or works directly related to projects and/or Key Account customers. Regularly and directly assists managers or exempt administrators or works under only general supervision while executing special assignments or performing specialized or technical work requiring special training, experience, and/or knowledge. In addition, this position spends more than 50% of work time performing administrative duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Works effectively with company personnel, customers, and others by constructively and positively sharing ideas and listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables, and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, title or other respectful identifiers, and; respecting the diversity of our workforce in actions, words, and deeds.
- Production Planning to communicate current and upcoming projects.
- Supply chain to ensure transparency of product needs and precise scheduling of incoming orders.
- Assembly and Custom Products to understand capacity and utilization rates.
- Machine Service to coordinate fusion machine and accessory needs.
- Maintain the project schedules, and reports and communicate with the project team, risk.
- Lead and support project teams comprised of diverse, cross-functional members, potentially including numerous outside vendors and spanning multiple geographic locations, includes leading project kick-off meetings as necessary.
- Contribute to a high-performing, highly motivated, collaborative team environment of trust, empowerment, accountability, and recognition.
- Manage projects that can range in scope from low complexity to significant growth breakthrough opportunities managed domestically.
- Maintain a sense of urgency, facilitate problem-solving sessions and meetings to address obstacles, and hold team members accountable to program commitments.
- Maintain precise forms of project communication that can be used throughout various levels of the organization, ranging from individual project contributors to senior leadership.
- Participate in Production meetings as required.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required
- Updated resume required for serious consideration for this role
- 3 or more years in related product or industry preferred
- SAP experience, a plus
- Proficient personal computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office a plus
- Passing a company post-employment physical, controlled substance testing and background criminal check
