We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team in Nogales. The ideal candidate has experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and inventory support
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts

Responsibilities
- Take direction from cell captains and supervisors
- Perform random in-process audits as designated by the Quality Manager, Supervisor, or Lead
- Assist with follow-up activities related to quality concerns and corrective actions
- Inspect finished products, products in process, incoming materials, parts, assemblies, and test products to ensure conformance with company standards
- Verify that corrective actions are being implemented on failed lots
- Assume responsibility for the process being audited and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate with supervisors, managers, leads, and cell captains to resolve non-conformances and other quality-related issues
- Analyze, resolve, and communicate work-related problems to supervisors
- Assist coworkers in solving quality and process-related issues
- Document audit findings and maintain records within the quality database system
- Train team members on process procedures, work instructions, and quality bulletins
- Interpret procedures and provide feedback regarding updates and process improvements
- Participate in special projects, including auditing, training, inspections, and other quality initiatives
- Provide reports and findings to management
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience
- Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
