Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department. This role will report to the remote HR Manager, with a dotted line to the site leader. This is a salaried non-exempt position for 40 hours a week.

You will make an impact in the following way:

• Assists with day-to-day HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, attendance and disciplinary tracking, PTO and holiday tracking, policy compliance, training, special projects, and planning of special events.
• Manages payroll by approving hours, maintaining system accuracy, and answering employee questions.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, documentation, and SAP/ ADP while maintaining confidentiality and personal integrity.
• Performs periodic audits as needed.
• Maintains the office through assigned administrative duties such as sorting and distributing mail, preparing documents, maintaining office supplies, and solving problems.
• Answers frequently asked questions relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.

Job Requirements:

• Education – Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Experience – 3+ years’ experience in HR preferred.
• Knowledge – Employment Law, Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS (SAP or ADP).
• Language Skills – Fluent in English required, bilingual in Spanish preferred.

$16.00/Hour - 1st shift - 8am-4:30pm Monday thru Friday
$16.50/Hour - 2nd shift 12pm-8:30pm Monday thru Friday
$16.75/Hour - 3rd shift 10pm-6:30am Monday thru Friday

General Functions:
•Responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and moving material in the Distribution Center to a point of shipment for customer orders.
•Must check for billing error, damaged material, and packaging errors and reconcile as required.
•Responsible for proper and safe storage of all finished stock.
•Responsible for the accuracy of all inventory, in terms of part number and quantity of items picked on customer orders.
•Responsible for picking product to fill customer orders safely and accurately.
•Parcel processing, packing and processing UPS/FedEx shipments.
•Repacking materials and labeling for customer shipments.
Specific Functions:
•Performs clerical work as required.
•General cleaning & housekeeping of building & grounds.
