1st Shift: $14.50

2nd Shift: $15.50

3rd Shift: $17.50

Job Requirements

• HS Diploma
• 2 years of work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, but this is NOT required 
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic Math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble materials according to engineering documents
• Follow a set of instructions according to product specifications
• Work in a team setting

This dynamic role involves troubleshooting system issues, assisting with technical configurations, improving workflows, and supporting process documentation and training. The position requires collaboration with technical teams and management to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Resolve problems in response to customer/system-reported incidents via trouble tickets.
• Handle complex tasks escalated from support engineers.
• Prepare error diagnostics and detailed problem descriptions for escalation.
• Collaborate with IT departments on development activities and technical improvement projects.
• Support IT departments with system testing
• Mentor support systems (RF, WMS jobs, workflows).
• Support operational workflow by assisting team members and troubleshooting issues.
