Job Responsibilities

- Proficient in FedEx, UPS, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel- a required skill and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Excel including data entry, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and shipment tracking reports.
- Knowledge of shipping, warehouse operations, inventory systems, and route planning .
- Handle inbound/outbound shipping, receiving, packing, labeling, and tracking.
- Experience is verifying shipments matching orders and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Knowledge in inventory counts and shipment audits .
- Able to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Experience in supporting logistics scheduling (local deliveries).
- Experience in obtaining shipping quotes and select cost-effective carriers .
Job Requirements:
Qualification
- 2 +Logistics / Warehouse Experience .
- Extensive Data Entry experience.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines .
- Works independently with minimal supervision .
