Position Summary
We are a growing aerospace logistics company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely delivery of aerospace components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation for aerospace compliance
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and packaging per industry standards
- Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and quality teams
- Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
- Follow all safety, quality, and procedural protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (ERP or WMS experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Overview
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within company databases and systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity, supporting daily operations, and helping the team maintain organized and reliable records.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make corrections as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records to ensure reliable data access across departments.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Retrieve and input information based on team or departmental needs.
- Assist with generating reports, summaries, or data lists as requested.
- Follow company policies, confidentiality standards, and data security best practices.
- Support administrative tasks related to documentation, filing, and record management.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent typing speed and preferred experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
