Bindery / Production Associate

Location: Van Nuys, CA

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bindery / Production Associate to support our production and packaging operations. This role involves operating small bindery equipment and assisting with finishing, packaging, and warehouse-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain small bindery equipment, including:
  • Round cornering machines
  • Drilling machines
• Manually remove excess material from finished products
• Operate shrink-wrapping equipment
• Assist with packaging and warehouse tasks as needed
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Position Summary

We are a growing aerospace logistics company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely delivery of aerospace components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation for aerospace compliance
• Prepare shipments, including labeling and packaging per industry standards
• Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and quality teams
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Follow all safety, quality, and procedural protocols

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics preferred
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic computer skills (ERP or WMS experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
