Duties include:
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries. Polite, respectful, good attendance. Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about products that are most appropriate to their situation. Maintains knowledge of changes to pet industry business environment. Supports marketing campaigns and product launches. Cross-sells products by making quality referrals and recognizing opportunities to refer customers to others who are more knowledgeable. Prepares reports and correspondence as needed. Answers customer calls. Answers customer emails. Provides product information. Transfers calls to various office personnel. Enters information from customer calls & emails into an excel spread sheet. Interacts with and reports any problem customer to the Customer Care Lead as well as asking for assistance with tough questions. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Consolidation Associate to join our warehouse operations team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, consolidated, and prepared for shipment. You will work with RF scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and fill orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Maintain and Update Locations: Scan totes using an RF scanner and update their assigned destination for accurate tracking.
- Monitor Completed Orders: Use the AWL (Automated Warehouse Logistics) system to track consolidated orders ready for packing.
- Pack and Prep: Organize items efficiently in boxes or totes for shipment.
- Verify Certifications & Part Numbers: Ensure compliance by checking certifications and confirming part number legibility.
- Verify Hand Count Orders: Manually count items to confirm accuracy before final packing.
- Scan Completed Totes/Boxes: Update inventory systems by scanning completed packages to their proper locations.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and navigate warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight] lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must clear a drug test and federal background check.
- Must be ITAR compliant (U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations).
