What You’ll Do
- Load and unload products from trucks
- Inspect products for damage before shipment
- Sort and place materials according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Receive and process incoming materials

- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Maintain accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
- Assist with and support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate payroll reporting and compliance.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory-related accounting in coordination with Operations and Supply Chain.
- Prepare and file sales tax and other required regulatory reports (multi-state compliance as applicable).
- Generate monthly financial reports for the Director of Accounting & Finance.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and employee information.
- Provide backup support within the accounting function as needed.
- Mentor and develop subordinates. Provide them with a formalized performance review bi-annually.
- Work with auditors to ensure that the appropriate recording of company’s financial transactions is maintained.
- Correspond and meet with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
