Responsibilities:

1. Computer Skills:

• Input and organize data using software like Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and others with attention to detail.
• Ensure accurate documentation for each shipment, including invoices and delivery confirmations.
• Set up and manage email distributions, contacts, and tasks within Outlook

2. Inspection and Packing:

• Conduct regular inspections of car parts received from suppliers to ensure they meet customer quality standards.
• Use measurement tools and equipment for precise inspections.
• Document inspection results in quality databases.
• Assist with prepping boxes and packaging car parts.
• Pack parts securely and efficiently.

3. Quality Assurance & Control:

• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify and report any non-conformities or defects.
• Support equipment operators by wrapping, weighing, and preparing packages for shipping.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records.
• Complete necessary electronic documentation.

5. Commitment:

• Willingness to learn procedures and key concepts.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to assess new scenarios and suggest improvements.

Our Carol Stream Warehouse is growing and we are in need of Forklift Cherry Picker Operators for 1st Shift! Small clean warehouse, with a great team in place! 

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours:  8:00am -5:00pm with 1 hour lunch and 2 -15 min paid breaks.

Pay:  17.00 per hour 

Cherry Picker Forklift operator Job Duties:

• Unload product from containers using a Cherry Picker Forklift
• Process orders, pack, label and ship them
• Verify locations, product accuracy, shipping methods
• Perform cycle count and inventory as needed
• Pick orders using RF Scanner
