Job Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinators to join our team in Elk Grove. This role focuses on inspecting and packing car parts, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

Computer Skills:

• Input and organize data using Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and other tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
• Manage email distributions, contacts, and tasks in Outlook.

Inspection & Packing:

• Inspect car parts received from suppliers to ensure they meet customer quality standards.
• Use measurement tools for precise inspections.
• Record inspection results in quality databases.
• Prepare boxes and securely pack car parts.

Quality Assurance & Control:

• Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformities.
• Assist equipment operators with wrapping, weighing, and preparing packages.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed inspection records.
• Complete electronic documentation accurately.

Team Commitment:
