• Drive inventory accuracy and integrity through daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks

The Account Representative - Air/Ocean Import is responsible for coordinating and executing shipments to ensure adequate service levels of clients are met. This position supports the company's day to day functions and is the direct liaison for assigned shipments.

Position Duties include but not limited to:

• •Handle shipments and ensure profitability
• •Establish task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments
• •Coordinate shipping details with origin agent

• Convert and verify shipment weight and volume Calculate rate
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers and vendors
• Coordinate pick-ups and invoice files
• Assist customers with question complaints, requests, tracking and tracing
• Process , arrange and coordinate cargo bookings with customer and overseas agents
• Handles accounting processes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Open files in Cargowise system generating invoice to the brokerage team or outside broker
