Description 

-        Fulfill orders submitted to the Warehouse for all daily programs, special projects, and supplies per Work Instructions.

-        Maintain version control for similar items and large orders.

-        Operate Powered Industrial Trucks as required by safety laws, regulations, and expectations during the picking process.

-        Maintain assigned aisles in accordance with quality and cleanliness standards.

-      Role will not work directly with confidential data however will be in areas where confidential data is processed and therefore must complete annual HIPAA training.

-      Support other tasks and responsibilities, both permanent and temporary as assigned or directed by management.

-      Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.

-      Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to, but not limited to, security and protecting privacy of client and company information, production standards, and general safety.

Operate warehouse Power Industrial Vehicles i.e..Order picker, Swing-Reach Turret Truck, Reach Forklift, Walkie Pallet Jack, Stand Up Forklift, Stand Up Clamp Truck and manual pallet jack

Fulfillment Production Lead

Goal of timely execution of program work by putting work into print, assembly of work, following QC process and shipping out of and closing of orders when needed.

Attendance/Punctuality

Monday to Friday but not excluding weekend depending on work load of department.  Base hours will be determine by Fulfillment Manager, most times will be 9:30am to 6:30pm. With Half hour lunch and a 15 minute break.  Is constantly at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Handing in a timely manner all print for program.  Verifying material to be used in the department. Looking at emails from client and answering certain level of support tickets that applies to program position.  Watching and planning the program so that there is no or very little OT. Observing what work can transfer from POD (Print on Demand) to PTS(Print to Shelf).  Making sure to follow steps that are needed so that projects are properly recorded and applied correctly for billing.

Making sure all orders are closed and caught up for the day.  Work with Fulfillment Manager to insure management of aging program orders.  Run aging reports and locates oldest orders.  Sending the reports to designated people at the end of the shift.

Observe that all employees designated for work area are working. Keeping them busy or moving them to different departments if they are not needed.   Cross training of kitter, pickers and QC to work in other Fulfillment departments. The Position has no direct reports, however, the Lead has a measure of authority in all production areas, only superseded by Fulfillment Manager.

Observing that QC are catching any issues and documenting them at which point the Fulfillment Production Lead will then coach individual who made issue.

When issue arise that are IT related , IT PM for program needs to be alerted as soon as possible on issue related to Pick ticker, print, client needs that are not being addressed.  Attending customer meeting of designated program.

Looking at Support tickets and answering of Support Ticket if the ticket is in reference to Leads work related order or procedure

Alerting Inventory Control to any cycle counts, verifications, destroys or replenishments that are needed for programs

Working with Fulfillment Manager and Warehouse Manager to solve issues and assist in opportunities.

Work load my pertain to special project to be taken care

While this job description is very close to what the day-to-day of the role will entail, the manager or supervisor may provide direction to perform tasks that aren't explicitly outlined here.  However these tasks will always be within the capabilities of the individual and should be aligned with the other responsibilities of the role.  The Fulfillment Production Lead is a dynamic role, like many others performed at Veritas and as such, will occasionally require completion of tasks outside the scope of this document.

Physical Demands

Periods of standing, walking, sitting and typing. Require to lift cartons under 50lbs.

Computer Skills

Strong Knowledge working with Email, word processing, and Excel.

Knowledge of the different Warehouse inventory computer programs and of the Super fulfillment site that is used by Lead .
