Description 

-        Fulfill orders submitted to the Warehouse for all daily programs, special projects, and supplies per Work Instructions.

-        Maintain version control for similar items and large orders.

-        Operate Powered Industrial Trucks as required by safety laws, regulations, and expectations during the picking process.

-        Maintain assigned aisles in accordance with quality and cleanliness standards.

-      Role will not work directly with confidential data however will be in areas where confidential data is processed and therefore must complete annual HIPAA training.

-      Support other tasks and responsibilities, both permanent and temporary as assigned or directed by management.

-      Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.

-      Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to, but not limited to, security and protecting privacy of client and company information, production standards, and general safety.

Operate warehouse Power Industrial Vehicles i.e..Order picker, Swing-Reach Turret Truck, Reach Forklift, Walkie Pallet Jack, Stand Up Forklift, Stand Up Clamp Truck and manual pallet jack

• Steel toe shoes required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds 

Manufacturing experience but not necessary  

Reach Truck Forklift Operator  Needed in Elk Grove IL 

Hours : 

9:00am-5pm OT REQUIRED 

Pay Rate:

$18 

Requirements:

1. High skilled experienced reach truck/stand up forklift operator (high racking storage locations) – able to keep up with fast paced environment.
2. Familiar with order picking using RF scanner and pallet building.
3. Experience on dock handling freight and paperwork related to LTL, FT, and container shipments for both outbound orders and inbound receiving.
4. EO position is not limited to driving forklift but also to other general warehouse work related to order picking and receiving freight put away (like breakdown and segregate freight while picking an order, receiving inbound freight, cleaning and disposal of warehouse supply materials and other warehouse work projects).
5. Available to work overtime from 7AM and/or 7PM Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturday half day AM).

Wearhouse Coordinators needed in Elk Grove Village 

Shift: Hours can be early as 7 AM and late as 6 PM, we have flexibility & Some Saturdays may be required, but not mandatory

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and delivery of all production documents used to move freight in the warehouse/cross-dock.
• Responsible for utilizing WM9 / TLS operating systems to perform all necessary transactions in support of the production and warehouse management team.
• Scan packets (load slips) into WM9 / TLS
• Verify packets and paper work complies with established US Customs Rules and Regulations pursuant to the SOP.
• Ensure freight and cargo is properly handled, identified, documented and communicated within the warehouse.
• Gather accurate information about each closed-out trailer.
• Sort out overages, shortages, damage, or mis-loads.
• Research and provide disposition of findings to shift/account operations manager.
• Enter each closed-out load into computer system. Compare load slips to system data.
• Assure load is not overweight and CBM is accurate.
• Update system to seal each load. Produce bills of lading, manifest and check sheets for each sealed load. Assemble load slips with manifest and bills of lading as required.
• Maintain hard copy files of all paperwork related to sealed loads and received trailers.
• Continually update system with current status on each load.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Work on special projects and freight handling processes.
• Act as a point person to relay carrier concerns and or issues to customer service center.
• Perform research on problem data or reported OS & D’s.
• Assemble, produce & distribute KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to clients based on their expectations.
• Must be able to receive and communicate proper disposition of freight to warehouse/cross dock management teams.
• Must identify exception freight on all warehouse/cross-dock paperwork prior to distribution to the warehouse/cross-dock.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED; one year of previous computer related job experience.
