A NW manufacturer is looking for an HR Generalist
Looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills and a solid understanding of HR functions like recruitment, training, benefits, daily operations, and performance management. Must be proactive, can adapt to new technologies, has strong decision-making skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Plus, having a knack for Excel and PowerPoint is a must, and if you are familiar with Power BI and UKG, that’s a bonus!
