Auto parts supply company in Eastvale is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist!
Temp-Hire opportunity! Will be traveling for training!
Customer Service Specialist Duties:
- Provide customer service and sales and after sales support.
- Respond to all customer questions and update customers as needed.
- Provide customers with quotes and place orders in SAP-ERP system.
- Create customer accounts.
- Preparing shipping documents.
- Maintain communication with accounting department for bank audits.
- Process returns and pricing.
- Archiving invoices.
- Assist in preparing inventory management, backorder, free stock, etc. reports.
- Support all departments with management reporting, providing backup documentation to internal and external customers.
- Interface with service providers in matters related to imports, exports, customs clearance etc.
Schedule:
- 1st shift: 7am-4pm
- Must be able to travel for training
Great Pay:
- $20-$23 DOE

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer assistance.
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory, sales (in terms of understanding, not selling) B2B distribution.
- 2-5 Years of experience with wide range of B2B accounts and sales trouble shooting, not for selling, but understanding sales.
- SAP knowledge
- Proficient: Microsoft Suite and Excel
