ProLogistix is looking for an Accounting Coordinator for Distribution facility in Rosedale, MD.
Pay Rate: $24-$25 hourly depending on experience.
Shift Available: Morning AM shift Monday – Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
Accounting Coordinator Daily Activity:
- Review all invoices for correct verification, coding, approvals and overall accuracy and whether budget exists for the expenditures Printing and processing in Lawson carrying out complex and unique tasks that have significant impact on financial information or the reporting system
- Analyzes and resolves unusual problems by determining alternate solutions and providing insights to financial processes.
- Improves the workflow process
- Implements the integration of business activities or processes into the SSC, such as system upgrades and new businesses
- Support miscellaneous collections/ billing / cash application tasks
- Requires legal designation of delegation of authority
- Month-end close activities: domestic and international
- Performs other duties as assigned and serves as a backup in other process areas.

Location: Rosedale, MD
Pay rate: $24.00-25.00 hourly depending on experience
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years as Finance Analyst or similar with a degree in Business Administration or professional experience focusing on Billing and Customer Satisfaction
- 1 year suggested minimum experience in Credit and Collections or Customer Service
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communications skills as well as independent problem solving
- Working knowledge of Lawson systems
- Returns experience a plus
- SAP experience a plus
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, including. Utilize Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time (interruptions, phone calls) while working in a fast-paced customer driven environment
- Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting deadlines
- Goal oriented, understands and raises customer needs at extremely high level.
- Solid self-management Team player with pro-active approach and problem-solving personality.
