Job Opening: Shipping Office Coordinator

Tool Company in Riverport is in need of an experienced Shipping Office Coordinator who is self-driven and looking for a long term career!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, overtime as needed
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Position is Temp-Hire
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Process and audit outbound shipping documents in SAP. Updating customer orders, printing pick tickets and ensuring all information is accurate
- Monitoring appointment times, completing appropriate paperwork for cancellations and scheduling appointments for incoming product deliveries with carriers
- Complete receiving transactions in SAP for incoming product and raw materials. Including updating purchase orders in SAP to ensure product is receipted correctly
- Enter requisitions and issue purchase orders for warehouse and shipping supplies
- Work closely with Inventory Manager on any inventory related issues and make copies of daily receiving of any raw materials that are shipped, to help ensure inventory accuracy
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email, ensuring customer needs are met
- Support and perform admin tasks as assigned by Logistics Manager or Logistics Supervisor

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of SAP experience required
- Shipping Coordinator experience in warehouse environment required
- Able to provide an updated resume showing both SAP and Shipping Coordinator experience, as well as longevity at previous jobs
